There's no way to enter gift cards on the app. Had to go to the web site to redeem
I've checked my password on the website and logged in fine via that route, however on the app I just cannot log in. Keep saying there is a problem and there is no option to reset. Incredibly frustrating!
Hi showcase cinema I was writing to you about the watch list on the showcase app and can't put any films on my watch list. Here what it say sorry, we weren't able to get your watchlist. Can you fix this problem please as it still doesn't work 😕

Can't add to watchlist. Not easy to check which films have seats left, gave to check each film separately.
